Dependent on a paper system to manage quality, environmental, health and safety performance, Wilson James found it hard to communicate and track actions, and collate information. They wanted health and safety management software that they could use across all types and sizes of project.
Wilson James started using YellowJacket on a construction project in mid 2012. Finding it easy to use and adaptable to the needs of other types of project, they are now rolling it out across the entire company. It is now in use on 100 sites – including airports, hospitals, office complexes and museums – with 400 fully trained users.
