YellowJacket Micro Learning Sessions
The YellowJacket team are organising a series of free “Micro Learning Sessions” for YellowJacket users. Micro learning sessions will be in bite-sized chunks of no more than 60 minutes, to provide content in a digestible format that helps to maximise learning.
Each session will cover a specific topic, designed to improve your knowledge of YellowJacket and help you get the best out of the tool. There are nine topics in total, allowing you to pick and choose those topics which will be of most benefit to you, and some are aimed at specific users. YellowJacket Micro Learning: Action Management

Everything you need to know about viewing, resolving and closing out actions in YellowJacket.

Session description
In this session users will learn how to access, manage and close out Actions in YellowJacket.
This will include the difference between Actions to be Resolved and those to Close Out; the role of the Action Manager, the difference between actions on the ‘My Portal’ page and ‘Commission homepage’, Actions waiting on others, All Actions, and why sending Actions to yourself can be very effective.
In short if your company or project is struggling to Resolve and Close out actions in a timely manner with your overdue actions mounting up on your Commissions then this session is definitely for you.
YellowJacket Micro Learning: 5 Top Tips for Site Inspections

Top 5 Tips for completing your YellowJacket desktop inspections in a more timely and effective manner.

Session description
In this session users will learn some top tips to assist them in completing their inspections on the Desktop version in a more time efficient and effective manner.
This will include using the inspection ‘Complete Now’ function, and how to set-up inspection schedules in advance for yourself and/or colleagues which is particularly useful for reoccurring weekly and/or monthly inspections being carried out by the same person using the same inspection checklist and question set.
YellowJacket Micro Learning: Understanding the Commission Homepage

How to sort and filter Commission data on the new YellowJacket tabular layout.

In this session users will learn how to make the most of the new R16 functionality for sorting, filtering and searching Commission data; how to customise the Commission homepage; how to search Commission data records; and how to download Commission data directly into Excel.
YellowJacket Micro Learning: The Commission Manager Role

The role of the Commission Manager in YellowJacket.

In this session users will learn about the crucial role of the Commission Manager in YellowJacket. This role is critical to a well-managed project and has further increased in importance in the most recent YellowJacket software Release 16 which set out new security rules for user Commission access.
This session will cover associating staff to the Commission and how this impacts access for users, uploading and updating your site plans, and configuring your Commission staff email alerts.

In this session System Administrators will learn all there is to know about setting up, copying, editing and managing Company Inspection & Audit templates in YellowJacket.
Please note this session is only suitable for users with System Admin rights to YellowJacket.
This session will be particularly suited to new administrators less familiar with the set-up of their company YellowJacket account, as well as those looking to refresh their inspection and audit templates and learn about the new inspection templates available in the tool.

In this session System Administrators will learn how to customise the drop-down field options available in YellowJacket. This includes the customisation of Inspection and Audit Categories, Observation Categories and Observation Types, as well as Action Types and Risk Ratings.
This session will be particularly applicable for companies using YellowJacket for reporting across all their Commissions and sites, and not only on main contractor sites.
Please note this session is only suitable for users with System Admin rights to YellowJacket.
